Sean Dyche (BUR)

The Burnley manager continued to turn his team's form around in January after a struggling start, overseeing an improvement in performances in the form of an unbeaten run of four matches.

Dyche led his side to come-from-behind victories, firstly at Huddersfield Town and then against Fulham at Turf Moor.

Burnley then thwarted Watford in a goalless draw at Vicarage Road before coming close to a famous victory at Old Trafford, denied only by Victor Lindelof's stoppage-time goal for Manchester United.

Ralph Hasenhuttl (SOU)

The Austrian's revival of Southampton's fortunes continued as he guided his side to an unbeaten month of results against teams above them in the table, helping to lift Saints further from the relegation zone.

Hasenhuttl, who was appointed manager at the start of December, oversaw an impressive goalless draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge before earning back-to-back 2-1 victories over Leicester City and Everton.

He then saw his side fight back to claim a late draw at home to Crystal Palace.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (MUN)

The former Manchester United striker's stunning start to management at Old Trafford continued with 10 points from a possible 12 during the month.

United claimed three victories, easing past Newcastle United at St James' Park, sealing a narrow 1-0 triumph at third-placed Tottenham Hotspur and producing a 2-1 home win over Brighton & Hove Albion.

Solskjaer was then able to see his team's mettle as they responded to going behind for the first time under his management to fight back from 2-0 down at home to Burnley and claim a draw in added time.

How the vote works

Fans voted for their favourite once the shortlist was announced and the poll is now closed.

Votes from the public were combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner, which was Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
